Strategies
for relaxing
Being able to
relax is key to managing the difficult times
in relationships. If you are getting very
stressed by life itself or what is happening
in your relationship, it will make it harder
for you to deal with problems. On the other
hand, if you take the time to relax first,
all your subsequent actions will come from a
much more grounded place within you.
Autogenic
Training: This is an old and well
proven relaxation exercise. It does
involve learning a sequence of
auto-hypnosis messages and practicing on
a regular basis. However, once you have
acquired the skill involved, you will be
able to implement your relaxation
technique anywhere at any time.
